Refund policy
The Refund Policy forms an integral part of the General Terms and Conditions. By purchasing our goods and /or using our services, you accept this Refund Policy. Please read the Refund Policy carefully. The terms used here, unless otherwise defined, have the same meaning as in the General Terms and Conditions.
Returns and Exchange
Are you unhappy with the product you ordered and want to return it? No problem.
The consumer has the right to withdraw his order or return the products within 14 days after reception of the goods by the consumer. If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you can return the goods (together with the return form) in their original packaged condition at your costs and at your own risk. Only after the returned items have been received and approved by Blue x Frizzante, will the amount of the purchase price be refunded to the purchaser’s account within 14 days. Import taxes, customs duties, shipping costs will not be refunded, even if it is a partial return. The return will not be accepted and no repayment will be made if the product is not returned in the same condition (the hangtag should still be attached to the product, have no stains or any damage, perfume, odors and other) or shipping costs have not been paid.
Free return in the Blue x Frizzante store is also possible.
Sales items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
If the return is approved, then your refund will be processed in the same way was the original method of payment within fourteen (14) days from the reception of the returned item. We shall refund the original price that you have paid for the purchased item.
You can return any item for a direct exchange within fourteen (14) days of receiving your original order. Any item returned exceeding the fourteen (14) day return deadline is not eligible for an exchange.
If you wish to do an exchange for the same product in another size or color, use the return form and sent the product back. If available, we will send you the right size or color.
If you wish a different item, or the requested item has a different price than the price you have paid for the original item, then you will need to return the unwanted original item for a refund, and place a new order.
If the item you want to exchange is out of stock in the size and/or color you have opted for, then a refund will be taken place instead.
Depending on your place of residence, the time of shipping of the new exchanged product may vary.
